Refund and return policy

MY MY FOOD CO.,LTD is committed to delivering 100% new products to customers, in the best condition, intact packaging, and accurately fulfilling the placed order. Refund and return cases will be considered as follows:

  • Products with defects, incorrect types, or missing items compared to the order.
  • Products that have expired.
  • Damaged products

Return period: Within 10 days.

1. Notification and return period regulations

  • Return notification period: Within 24h after receiving products with defects or damages.
  • Return shipping period: Within 14 days from receiving the product.
  • Customers can send via post or bring the products directly to:

2. Applicable cases for returns

  • Technical defects or manufacturer damages.
  • Expired products or showing signs of prior usage.
  • Shortages or breakage during shipping before receipt.
  • Incorrect product delivery.

3. Return conditions

  • Products remain intact, with complete packaging, boxes, foam wraps, user manuals (if any).
  • Order confirmation notice, VAT invoice (if any).
  • Product condition has no scratches, cracks, moisture, chemical stains, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products show no signs of use (for cases of wrong product delivery).
